Every message sent through the form above — and every email sent to contact@meyy.info — lands in a single shared inbox monitored by the editorial team. We do not use a ticketing system that hides your message behind an automated wall. A human reads every submission, and our response commitments are posted in the sidebar so you can hold us to them.

When you write in, please include the full URL of the page you are writing about (for corrections), a clear description of the issue or question, and — for factual corrections — a source citation we can verify. Corrections from working practitioners who can cite the current figure are prioritised. A wedding photographer who can point us to the latest PPA benchmark survey will see their correction published faster than a generic "this number looks wrong" email, because we can verify the source against the survey directly. The same applies to translators citing the ATA rate survey, Etsy sellers tracking the current fee schedule, and food-truck operators tracking the National Restaurant Association's most recent food cost benchmarks.

If you are reporting a calculator bug, please tell us exactly which inputs you entered, what result you expected, and what result you got. A screenshot is helpful but not required — the input values are what we need to reproduce the issue. Our calculators run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript, so the bug is almost certainly in the formula or the input handling, not in a server-side calculation. We will reproduce the issue, identify the root cause, and publish a fix within 48 hours for critical errors (wrong results) or two weeks for minor errors (formatting, edge-case weirdness). Partnership and media inquiries

We welcome partnership inquiries from trade associations, professional bodies, journalism outlets, and educational institutions. We have collaborated with the Freelancers Union on rate surveys, with SCORE chapters on small-business pricing workshops, and with several journalism outlets that have cited our methodology in their coverage of freelance economics. Media inquiries are handled by the same editorial team. If you are a journalist working on a story about freelance pricing, the cost of doing business for makers, food cost economics, or any related topic, we are happy to provide expert quotes, share our methodology, and point you to the public sources we cite. Please include your outlet, your deadline, and the angle of your story in the message. We respond to media inquiries within one business day, faster if the deadline is tight.

Calculator requests

We have built 36 calculators and 33 guides covering ten industries, but we know there are pricing problems we have not solved yet. If you face a pricing decision our existing tools do not cover — a niche service, a hybrid business model, an industry we have not yet entered — please tell us about it. We prioritise calculator requests from working practitioners who describe a real, recurring pricing problem they face in their business. Include the industry, the pricing decision you are trying to make, the inputs you would want to enter, and any formulas or benchmarks you have seen used in practice. We cannot promise to build every requested calculator, but every request is logged, discussed at our editorial planning meeting, and responded to.

If you are writing about privacy — to exercise a right under the GDPR or CCPA, to request deletion of your data, to ask what information we have collected about you, or to opt out of personalised advertising — please use the contact form above with the subject line "Privacy request" or email us directly. What we cannot do

We are an educational publisher, not a consulting firm. We cannot tell you what to charge for your specific project, review your pricing spreadsheet, audit your cost model, or provide one-on-one pricing advice. Our calculators are self-serve tools designed to be used without our intervention, and our methodology page documents every formula so you can adjust the inputs to fit your situation. If you need personalised pricing advice, we recommend engaging a CPA, a small-business advisor, or a SCORE mentor — SCORE offers free small-business mentoring in the United States and is a good starting point. We cannot provide tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice; please consult a qualified professional for those questions.
